We are here to support and help you, so here is a list to help you find the best person quickly or You may also ask  for help at the NAPS front desk:

  • For information technology issues see the E-Learning Support Officer: support@naps.edu.au
  • For assistance with research or online databases, see the NAPS librarian: library@naps.edu.au
  • Best first point of call – ask at the student services desk or email the Student Services Manager: services@naps.edu.au

The Student Services team can assist with:

  • Tips and advice on adjusting to life in Australia;
  • Advice on accommodation options;
  • Help to understand and meet course requirements, deadlines and attendance;
  • Finding NAPS welfare-related support services; and
  • Free referrals to external agencies.
