Alice Wu is an experienced Early Childhood Education professional with over 10 years of experience across early learning services and higher education. She holds a Master of Teaching (Birth to Five) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122.

Drawing on extensive leadership experience in early childhood settings, Alice is committed to fostering inclusive learning environments and empowering educators to achieve high-quality teaching practice. She values working with diverse communities and is dedicated to promoting excellence in early childhood education through mentoring, collaboration, and professional learning.

Alice currently works as a Tertiary Supervisor at Macquarie University, where she mentors and assesses pre-service teachers throughout their professional placements, supporting them in connecting educational theory with evidence-based practice. She is passionate about supporting future educators through constructive feedback, reflective practice, and professional guidance. Her expertise includes the National Quality Framework (NQF), the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), child development theories, inclusive education, and Early Childhood pedagogical approaches.
