Anuradha Badri is a Lecturer in the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education program at the National Academy of Professional Studies. She holds a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and brings over 22 years of professional experience in the early childhood education sector across Australia and New Zealand.
She has more than 12 years of vocational teaching and assessment experience in adult and tertiary education, delivering Certificate III and Diploma programs in Early Childhood Education and Care across multiple Registered Training Organisations. Her expertise includes curriculum design, assessment development, moderation and validation, and mentoring trainers and assessors. She is committed to delivering high-quality, student-centred learning experiences through blended teaching approaches, including lectures, tutorials, webinars, podcasts, and online discussions.
Anuradha is currently pursuing a Master of Education (Leadership) at the University of Canberra. Her academic interests include advancing teaching excellence, publishing scholarly research, and mentoring pre-service teachers. She is passionate about strengthening the early childhood workforce through evidence-based practice, vocational expertise, and research-informed pedagogy.
