Dr. Agyeman is a management and marketing scholar with academic and industry experience across Australia and Ghana. He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Wollongong, an MPhil in Marketing from the University of Ghana, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast. He has also completed Parts I and II of the Chartered Accountancy qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.
He has taught foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate business courses at institutions including the University of Wollongong, UTS College, Canterbury Institute of Management (Sydney), and the University of Cape Coast. He currently lectures in Human Resource Management at the National Academy of Professional Studies (NAPS).
His research focuses on marketing, social entrepreneurship, SMEs, sustainability, and emerging economies, with publications in journals such as Industrial Marketing Management, Benchmarking, and Sustainable Production and Consumption. He previously served as Marketing Manager in the real estate sector and has led large‑scale social impact initiatives in Ghana.
