Gul e Rana is a business leader, educator, and emerging scholar with over 20 years of multinational corporate and academic experience. She is currently a PhD candidate in Management at CQUniversity, Melbourne, and holds a Graduate Certificate in Research with Distinction from CQUniversity, reflecting her strong research capability and academic excellence. 

Gul has university-level teaching experience in leadership, management, entrepreneurship, and professional communication, where she has facilitated lectures and tutorials, designed engaging learning materials, and mentored diverse student cohorts. Her teaching approach integrates industry insights with academic theory, fostering critical thinking, practical problem-solving, and meaningful classroom engagement. 

Prior to academia, Gul held senior leadership roles at Tetra Pak and PepsiCo, leading cross-functional teams and managing large strategic portfolios. Her extensive global industry experience enriches her teaching by connecting real-world business practice with contemporary management education.
