Payment Schedule and Fee Notice

Important information about trimester fee payments, written fee notices, late payment charges, and payment record keeping at NAPS.

Fee Payment Schedule

All students at NAPS must pay their fees in advance on a trimester-by-trimester basis. Fees must be paid at least two weeks before the start of each trimester.

Students will receive written notices of their next fee due date approximately four weeks before the completion of the current trimester.

Written Fee Notice

A written notice is issued before the next trimester payment is due.

Payment Due Date

Fees are payable at least two weeks before the trimester begins.

Payment Receipt

All fee payments are receipted and dated at the time of payment.

Late Payment Information

Students are encouraged to pay their fees by the due date shown in their written fee notice. If tuition fees are not paid on time, a late payment fee may apply.

More than 7 days overdue $200
More than 14 days overdue $400
If an international student's fees are more than 14 days overdue, NAPS may be required to inform the student that non-payment of fees may be reported to the Department of Home Affairs.

Payment Records

The payment of all fees and charges is receipted and dated at the time of payment. Payment records are secured for two years after the student ceases to be a student.

Fee payment records are also kept within the financial management system software for up to five years.

NAPS maintains student payment records securely in accordance with internal financial management and record-keeping requirements.
