Suzana Maricic is an Early Childhood Teacher and Trainer & Assessor with a passion for child development and empowering children and families to achieve positive outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, a Graduate Certificate in Psychology, a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE). Suzana has extensive experience in early childhood education, including leadership roles as a Centre Director and Educational Leader, as well as an Early Supports Specialist working with children and their families of diverse abilities, including those with developmental delays, while partnering with families to achieve positive developmental outcome. She is passionate about mentoring future educators, promoting reflective practice, and bridging educational theory with practical teaching to create engaging, inclusive, and meaningful learning experiences for all children.
