Dr Hatziplis is a lawyer and businesswoman with experience in corporate affairs and as a lecturer. She has degrees in architecture and law and holds a PhD in law from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS)..
Dr Hatziplis has run a commercial company for 18 years in real estate development and has establish a high-end retail commercial business. She has taught at the UTS Law Faculty and worked as a solicitor for a top tier law firm in Sydney. Her experience in business law was also developed as the treasurer of an owners’ corporation of over 100 lots. Her international experience includes working for the United Nations High Commission for Human Rights and at the Permanent Mission of Greece to the United Nations, in Switzerland.
