image Dr. Muntadher A. Ali received the M.Sc. degree (Hons.) in wireless communications from the University of New Haven, West Haven, CT, USA, in 2016, and the Ph.D. degree from the Wireless Networking Group (WiNG), School of Electrical and Information Engineering, The University of Sydney, Sydney, NSW, Australia, under the supervision of Prof. A. Jamalipour and Dr. Y. Zeng.
He is a member of the Institution of Engineers Australia. He has been identified by the Australian government under the Global Distinguished Talent Program. He worked as a Telecom Planning and Resilience Intern with the New York City (NYC) Department of Information Technology and Telecommunication (DoITT). His research interests include UAV communication, resource allocation, and optimization. He was a recipient of the University of Sydney International Scholarship (USydIS).
