As Student Services & Administration Manager, Kanika Lamba leads and encourages her team so they can be there with a friendly smile and the right advice to help students whatever study or life challenges they may be facing. From the basics of finding the right forms to finding fast help in an emergency, Mrs Lamba ensures each student receives a top quality service.

Mrs Lamba’s experience in Student Service at a Sydney college has helped her understand the best ways to encourage and equip students to get the most out of their learning by having the right well-being and administrative support.

She also uses her Master of Computer Applications degree skills and experience in project management to ensure NAPS student and administration services are delivered efficiently and effectively for students and their families, as well as potential students and NAPS staff. Mrs Lamba diligently maintains systems because she considers that appropriate processes help to ensure fairness and confidentiality for all involved.

Her life experience working in India and the UK means she understands the challenges of transitioning to a new country. Mrs Lamba is an excellent first point of call for students seeking more information on culturally appropriate behaviour and finding ways to maximise their time in Australia. She enjoys working with students from all over the world and delights in resolving issues and meeting their needs with patience, gentleness and sincerity.
