Tharwat Andrawis has B. Com, M. Com, and CPA with 30 years of academic experience in VET and Tertiary education.
This experience included tutoring, lecturing, subject coordinator, program coordinator, assistant dean for postgraduate academic programs, and member of the academic board.
Based on the above experience my philosophy in teaching is based on “Learning by doing”. I changed my role from being a lecturer into facilitator where I coach students rather than teaching them.
I managed to build excellent relationship with several industry partners that helps in industry visits, research projects, internships, and placements. Some of those partners include NRMA, Woolworths, Avensar, NSW Service, Commonwealth Bank, Metcash Food and Grocery, Novotel Hotel, Tomkin Australia Pty Ltd, and Asahai and Schweppes Beverages.
