Gagan Kaur is a Master of Social Work (Qualifying) graduate and a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers. With over seven years of experience, she specialises in supporting children, young people, and families navigating complex challenges.

Currently, she works as a Clinical Consultant and Behaviour Support Practitioner, providing tailored support to children, young people, and adults with multifaceted needs. Her expertise lies in working with young people in out-of-home care, particularly those with intricate psychosocial challenges. She hasextensive experience working with people seeking asylum, young people experiencing homelessness, children in out of home care as well as managing programs providing services to young people experiencing homelessness. . Additionally, she is deeply passionate about mental health issues in young people, striving to empower them and foster resilience through evidence-based approaches
